PERSONAL TRAINER

Hi - I'm Rachel and I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Bootybarre instructor and a Nutrition and Weight Management Specialist in the Petersfield  / Midhurst area. 


My passion is to help people just like you transform their health and to love the way they look and feel. 

I offer Personal Training in your home, perfect if you have small children or a busy work diary. My sessions combine nutrition and exercise in a programme that gets results. My ethos is to help you love exercise and understand how to eat well (no faddy diets or starving yourself) so you can stay healthy and slim for life. 


I run weekly Bootybarre, HIIT and Nutrition classes from Stedham Pavillion and at Elsted Cricket Ground.

COVID-19

My client's safety is my top priority. I have therefore made the decision to pause group training sessions until further notice. I am taking on a small number of new Personal Training clients - all PT training will be held outdoors and all equipment cleaned before and after each session.
