FITNESS RETREAT - 2021

1st - 2nd July 2021
A 24-hour fitness and wild camping retreat to help you hit reset.

Come and stay in the heart of the National Park with beautiful views and nutritious food to hit the reset button!

Expect wonderful, healthy food prepared by The Artichoke Kitchen, breathtaking scenery and a programe of fitness including HIIT, hill treck and evening stretch and relaxation sessions. This really will be time to get back to nature, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling energised again. 

What to expect:

* Fitness - we will tackle 4 fitness sessions over the retreat. The sessions will aim to challenge you out of your confort zone but, always in a fun and friendly way! Sessions will include HIIT workout, a long hike and stretch sessions.

* Food - I'm delighted to have teamed up with The Artichoke Kitchen to offer wholesome and delicous vegtarian food. Expect Middle Eastern crispy flatbreads and Baba Ganoush for supper, Moroccan sweet potato salad for lunch and super yummy energy balls to fuel your workouts! All meals and snacks will be covered during the retreat. 

* Campsite - the retreat will be held at a wild campsite in Treyford - a picturesque village in the South Downs National Park, Please note that this is WILD camping so expect compost toilets and a freshing cold shower! You will need to bring and pitch your own tent for the retreat, and bring your own bedding.
