HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK SHOULD I WORKOUT?

The answer to this question depends on what your goal is, how motivated you are and your level of fitness. For consistent weight loss I recommend my clients workout at least 5 times per week, but ideally aim do something every day. 

If you lack motivation I am able to train you, at your home to help you reach your goals. 

HOW MUCH DOES PERSONAL TRAINING COST?

Sessions are £50 for 1 hour session. 

This price reduces to £39 per hour for a package of 5 or more sessions. 

Package sessions never expire and you are free to use these sessions as it suits you. 

Want to train with a friend? I do offer joint sessions for family and friends. These sessions are charged at £25 per person per hour. 

WILL I NEED TO INVEST IN GYM EQUIPMENT?

No - I bring all the kit we need to your home for training sessions. I have a range of equipment from dumbbells, barbells and kettle bells to bosu balls, TRX and medicine balls. The range of equipment I have means that training sessions are always varied and are suitable whatever your goal is.
