HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK SHOULD I WORKOUT?
The answer to this question depends on what your goal is, how motivated you are and your level of fitness. For consistent weight loss I recommend my clients workout at least 5 times per week, but ideally aim do something every day.
If you lack motivation I am able to train you, at your home to help you reach your goals.
HOW MUCH DOES PERSONAL TRAINING COST?
Sessions are £50 for 1 hour session.
This price reduces to £37.50 per hour for a package of 5 or more sessions.
Package sessions never expire and you are free to use these sessions as it suits you. Most people choose to train once or twice every week while others only need a top up session every fortnight.
WILL I NEED TO INVEST IN GYM EQUIPMENT?
No - I bring all the kit we need to your home for training sessions. I have a range of equipment from dumbbells, barbells and kettle bells to bosu balls, TRX and medicine balls. The range of equipment I have means that training sessions are always varied and are suitable whatever your goal is.
