Build strength and cardio fitness - with a new challenge each week

Join me at 8am every Saturday for a workout like no other! My Bootcamp class combines fresh air, a challanging workout and a fun and friendly atmosphere to really set you up for the weekend.


 Some weeks are strength focused and others we hit the beautiful South Downs countryside for a cardio challange. Most importantly this is a workout that is suitable for all wether you are new to fitness or are looking to build your athletic capabilities.
