Build strength and cardio fitness - with a new challenge each week
Circuits has long been known as a great way to build fitness - and my classes are no exception.
I carefully designed my classes to target different areas of the body and the vary the types of exercises we do each week. I use a range of specialised kit to give you a great workout and teach you a new skill each week.
I run two classes per week on a Tuesday and Saturday. Tuesday class is a lower intensity session which uses slower movements and is set inside. While the Saturday is a full throttle outdoor bootcamp class designed to test you.
