:: Dumbbell Home Workout ::

Here is my homework using just a pair of dumbbells! I'm using a pair of 4kg weights but you could easily go up or down depending on your strength or what kit you have at home.



Moves:

  • x12 Reverse Lunges

  • x12 Shoulder Press

  • x12 Renegade Rows

  • x12 Squat Jumps

Beginners - complete three rounds

Advanced - set a timer for 7 mins and complete as many circuits as you can in the time.
